Update of shipping, product dev and production

As many have known, we are a team based in Shanghai. Since mid-March, our area has been in lockdown due to the COVID outbreak; shops and restaurants are closed, public services are limited, and all delivery services are halted.

At first, we were optimistic and thought things would get normal soon, and we would be able to ship the rest of the stock orders or replacements in one or two weeks. But the only coming news is the extension of the lockdown. We are very sorry to let our customers wait for stock units. It hurts us more as we can't do anything about it.

We are still working on product development and waiting for new parts to get manufactured and prototyped, which are unfortunately delayed due to the same reason. Our goals are to ship all stock and GB orders ASAP, and launch two new products this year.

Wish peace, everyone is healthy, and the epidemic ends soon.
