2022 Dec update
Again sorry for the late notice.
We've shipped 10% of the CYCLE module orders; we understand that the shipping has been delayed multiple times, and the shipping speed is slower than expected.

These are what happened:
The COVID lockdown in multiple areas in China caused delay or halt in our supply chain. For example, the magnets inside the magnetic knob were still locked in Henan, near the Foxcom group. We had to get them custom-made in other places.
We used the wrong BOM to produce the CYCLE module main PCB. The incorrect resistors do work at the moment, but in further QC tests, they might lead to stability issues, and we've had them replaced.
The main PCB of the CYCLE and the ARRAY + CYCLE modules are slightly different as the ARRAY + CYCLE PCB is mounted at a 180° angle. Since we still want the animation of the LED to begin from the top, we apply extra mods on the PCBs.
There are some tolerance issues, especially the ring piece on the CYCLE module. We had to make three times the amount needed to solve it.
We are learning from these and expect to fulfill most orders around the end of the year.
Some other news:
Last month we joined Wework's Devjoy party with grid 650 with the ARRAY + CYCLE module, a module stand prototype, and others. We are thinking of making some of them.
